I’m here to talk about training and upskilling your team. I know that accountants are very pedantic about the quality of their work and also the quality of service provided to the client which is great but that obviously means that you want to make sure your team is trained and your staff has good training on the systems.
A great education is achieved through their universities as well as their CPA programs however, oftentimes students miss the opportunity to practice using real-life examples meaning they may not be well aware of how to use systems in practice. We’ve developed this amazing, well-supported program to help accounting grads bridge the gap between finishing their education and entering the job market with confidence. This is a well-supported program, meaning we’re with them every step of the way. If they’ve got questions they’ve got email support, a private Facebook page as well as one-on-one sessions twice a week.
