The Benefits of Using Xero and Workflowmax Together

We are all busy right? Anything that can save me time, I am interested in knowing more. WorkflowMax and Xero are two of my favourite programs because they save me and my business TIME – and we all need more of that. I have put together a list of my favourite things about using Xero and WorkflowMax together:
Always Reconciled
Customer payments against sales invoices in Xero are automatically matched to the corresponding invoice in WorkflowMax, so both systems are reconciled at all times.
Easy to Manage Timesheets, Billing & Productivity reports
WorkflowMax is an all in one project management tool, so when this is integrated with Xero, you have greater visibility in what your team is working on, live costings, invoicing and reporting and less manual admin.
No Double Ups
Update contact information in WorkflowMax and it will automatically populate Xero. Data moves between the two systems seamlessly eliminating timely admin and data entry errors.
Compliance
Obviously as an accountant, it is imperative to be compliant, however sometimes that comes at a cost of extra hours. I love how these systems together ensure compliance with proper timesheet management, proper engagement letters and proper invoicing.
